Jimmy Lee Gothard Jr.

Jimmy Lee Gothard Jr., born July 3, 1962, passed away at the age of 62, peacefully in the comfort of his own home, Monday, April 14, 2025, surrounded by his family.

Jimmy is preceded in death by his parents, Jimmy Lee Gothard and Jean Delores Gothard; brothers, Michael Parsons, Jerry Parsons, and Paul Parsons; sisters, Annie Baize and Jeanie Jennings; 3 grandchildren, Nathan Gothard and 2 angels born with Jesus.

Jimmy is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Lora Gothard; daughter, Melissa Womble (Chris); sons, Lee Gothard (Morgan), Johnathan Gothard (Krystal), and Chris Gothard (Kim); grandchildren, Raylee, Jacob, Ryan, Noah, Tyler, Josh, and C.T.; brothers, Charles and John (Hazel); and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

 Jimmy worked at MetRock Steel and wire for 17 years. He enjoyed fishing and riding in his jeeps. Above all he loved his family dearly. He was loved and will be missed by many. There will not be any services at this time.
